Global Network

All our 7CTOs members are connected to each other via online tools such as Slack, Zoom, Notion. One of our most popular channels on Slack is the #questions channel. Post an ad-hoc question about leadership, technology or your network here and someone is bound to give you a thoughtful answer. We also arrange dinners in cities around the world for you to meet up and make new friends.

Challenge Groups

Our challenge groups meet once a month to help each other unlock new ideas and unblock obstacles in their way to growth. These 2 hour calls can save you hundreds of hours of digging through rabbit holes. This is also the best way on Earth to meet new people that face similar challenges to you. Our groups are never larger than 14 people and members could range from all technical leadership backgrounds.

SEVENs Peer Group

Our SEVENs Groups are where peers learn from each other and grow. We go the extra mile to carefully place the right people with the right people. We assign an executive coach to lead the group. If you are a CTO of a Series A company, you’ll be in a peer group that can directly speak to the challenges you’re facing. If you are a VP of Engineering, you’ll be in a forum with other VPs of Engineering. In short, the SEVENs peer group is our tried and tested way of supporting CTOs and VPEs in the growth of their companies.

Level Up Knowledge Base

After being in the CTO growth coaching for over a decade, we have a substantial library of resources built up. All our talks, articles and events are recorded and organized for optimal growth for any technology executive whether you’re a director all the way up to the CTO. With our Level Up assessment, you’ll know exactly where you measure up and where you need to get to depending on your company’s stage.

Level Up Progress Calls

For the executive who needs as a personal coach to help them get through the various levels of growth, we schedule calls with you to make sure that the company is working on the right technical initiatives. We assess where you are and where you need to be in order to scale the company and we do a call with you on a regular basis to help measure your progress.

Branding

Putting our knowledge and passions on display is so important to attract future employees or employers to us. And yet, it is not in our nature to put our knowledge on display. Either that, or we don’t have enough time to carefully construct articles and post it to our blogs. Well, look no further.
