How do you choose a coach for me?
You’ll have a strategy session with our team as the first step in which we’ll take a look at the goals you wish to achieve in the short to mid term. We will pair you up with someone who can actively coach you through the obstacles you are facing to achieving these goals.
How often do we meet?
We work with you on scheduling meetings. Some prefer weekly one hour calls and others prefer bi-weekly 90 minute calls. Either way, we’re going to make sure you get plenty of talk time.
Is there a minimum engagement period I have to commit to?
While we prefer that you commit to a 4 month minimum, we definitely don’t hold you to it since we want to make sure you’re fully committed.
Will I be considered a member of 7CTOs during 1-1 coaching?
Absolutely! All our clients get access to our Slack, events and powerful CTO knowledge base. If you so choose, you can also be onboarded into our peer group masterminds which will continue after your 1-1 coaching engagement at the standard forum membership rate.
What does it cost?
Depending on who you get paired with, it could cost anywhere from $2,500 to $10,000/m. Most of our clients are currently paired with coaches in the $2,500-$5,000 range.
